Box Office Policies

Box Office Policies
Tickets sold by Jefferson Center are not refundable or exchangeable. Tickets that will not be used by a patron may be returned to the Jefferson Center box office as a tax-deductible contribution equal to the cost of the tickets if Box Office management deems them re-sellable within a reasonable time window.  Whether a ticket is deemed re-sellable will be based on managerial discretion.  We ask that tickets be turned in 72 hours prior to the performance to enable resale that may justify a tax deduction letter.

Fees
All tickets sold from Jefferson Center’s Box Office, be it window, phone, or online, are subject to the $2 per ticket Shaftman Sustainability Fee. This is a capital maintenance fee that goes to assist in the maintenance, upkeep, and sustainability of our regionally recognized and historic performance hall.

A $5 fee will be charged to reprint tickets for any reserved performance series event.  General Admission tickets cannot be reprinted, but must be purchased again in the event of loss or destruction.

All tickets are subject to availability. Ticket prices include City of Roanoke admissions tax and handling fees.
