Jefferson Center Box Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To reach the Box Office during regular office hours or 2 hours prior to most shows, call (540) 345-2550 ext. 1.

The Box Office opens on show days 2 hours before show time for all “Jefferson Center Presents” shows, as well as rental events selling tickets through the Jefferson Center Box Office. It is best to call in advance if you are planning to purchase tickets the day of a show.

To purchase tickets online simply scroll to the shows you wish to attend and select the tickets you desire. PLEASE NOTE - All online sales CLOSE at 3 p.m. the day of a show, and at 12 p.m. if the show is a matinee. If you are purchasing your tickets online less than 7 days prior to the show, please select “Hold at Will Call" for your delivery type. We will automatically hold any all tickets at Will Call inside the 7-day window to eliminate any chance of them not arriving on time in the mail.
