Intern Program
| Jefferson Center Foundation is seeking student interns to work with our Director of Development, Director of Finance, Director of Programming, Marketing Coordinator, Director of Facility Services, Gallery Coordinator, Box Office Coordinator and Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator. Student interns have the opportunity to work with all departments to gain an overview of the inner workings of nonprofits and to gain practical experience as he/she observes the many ways departments relate to and support one another.
Internships at Jefferson Center Foundation are unpaid, however, we offer a rich hands-on learning experience. Our staff members are enthusiastic and wholly committed to training and mentoring students in an environment that enhances and broadens a student's experience, knowledge and understanding of the workplace. Internships may be done for academic credit, with the approval and cooperation of the intern's college or university; or may they may be done to gain experience only.
